Since 2009, we have led the higher education industry in advancing student organization health & safety through our work in the realms of prevention, intervention and accountability.

Our Mission

The NovakTalks Team creates communities of care, one conversation at a time by providing student centered, evidence-based education that is facilitated from an authentic and engaging approach. We believe in the capacity of students to play a primary role in advancing health & safety in their organizations and communities.

The Brothers of Sigma Chi are so grateful that we were able to bring NovakTalks to our University!
Their work with our executive board and chapter members on fostering solutions to problems was facilitated with a very real approach to our situation that enabled us to dive deep into the challenges we were facing. Our Chapter benefited a great deal, and we hope to bring them back in the near future.
— Sigma Chi Chapter President, UK
