Our Mission
The NovakTalks Team creates communities of care, one conversation at a time by providing student centered, evidence-based education that is facilitated from an authentic and engaging approach. We believe in the capacity of students to play a primary role in advancing health & safety in their organizations and communities.

Founder & CEO serves as the Dean at the Fraternity Executive Association’s Interfraternal Institute.
Established and facilitates the leading institute for hazing prevention.
Developed health & safety curriculum utilized by inter/national governing organizations
Awarded the North American Interfraternity Conference’s Silver Medal for work on hazing prevention.
